It was such a fun and exciting day.  It hit 58 here in Maine, but the snow is still on the ground…  My daughter is in from Texas with her boyfriend and then went sledding at the local park.  So hard to believe they got to enjoy the best of both worlds.  Unfortunately, they have to go back home tomorrow.  School starts at Texas A&M and Blinn on Monday the 14th.. I hope they get to come back soon!!!!  Speaking of Texas,  Homemade Gourmet calls Texas home TOO!!  and Elizabeth DeArmond is our guest this week.  She really makes the company come alive.  If you want something quick and easy, you really need to check her site out and order.  The company even carries COFFEE now… Which Thierry just loves…
