Wow, I have been watching a lot of Baseball this weekend.. As I am recording this, the score is 2 to 1 in the 7th gave of the ALC Championship. Only time will be able to tell how the Red Sock’s will do..This week I also got to run around Maine with my friend Linne and we saw some beautiful colors as well as lots of tourists doing the same thing. Normally we have a new show on, but our computer died and we lost most of our audio files. I have a call into this weeks guest who will hopefully be able to re-record our conversation. If for some reason we can’t get the new audio up, we will definitely have a “NEW” show on Monday September 29th! I’m so sorry for the mess, but hope you all understand it is a computer “glitch” world… Hugs to all!! Stay warm the temps are in the 40’s right now here in Maine.

Hi and welcome to our series. The total today left is $430.27. Today was a special day and Robbie got to choose our meal so we are having Spaghetti with meatballs. The cost is not as bad as you might think. I started with 1 lb of ground meat, 1 onion, 2 T of garlic, 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 can of tomato sauce, 1 T of Italian spices and 20 meatballs. Plus one package of spaghetti. So what did it all cost? Meat 1.93, onion .15, garlic .25, tomatoes .69, tomato sauce .69, Italian spices the jar cost .89, meatballs 2.33 and pasta 1.19. For a grand total of $8.12 add a salad at 1.99 and a loaf of french bread for 1.99 and you have 12.10. This should also give you 1 or 2 lunches as well. so the total for 6 people is $2.02 each. That leaves us $418.17
Today is a Scout day and what a meeting. We have the Blue & Gold coming up and we are a small pack that has just started back up this year. So we have 1 Tiger Cub and 7 Wolfs and I think 1 Bear. Plus 2 Weebolos… so not a large group, but a good beginning. I decided today and with some help to go ahead and register Paul and Alex as well. I will be getting help with the boys next year as a Merit project for some of the older scouts. Scouting is such a wonderful program and it will be interesting to see my 2 Down’s boys with the group next year. If you have children get them involved with a scouting program and if not help with there fundraising by buying cookies or popcorn. Have a great day and see you all again tomorrow
