I survived the week! It is so strange having the boys home, yet so exciting. I never know what they will do. I’ve been so busy getting all my older ones ready for college and all the forms together that it is really nice to change gears.
Today on the show, I have Pat Weber who is a Coach to Introverted and Shy Business People. She is excellent! Todays foundation is The Boy Scouts of America.. I hope you enjoy the show!

Happy Memorial Day to you all. To all the families that have lost a loved one in Military service, Thank You. So many people don’t understand the significance of this holiday. In WWII, I lost 2 of my Uncles who were in the service, one in the Navy and one in the Marine Corp. It is amazing that even though I was born 20 years later, I still appreciate the sacrifice my grandparents made when they gave their boys to the Government to keep us all safe. Now I have 5 sons of my own and my eldest is now registered for the draft if it is ever reactivated. I also have friends who’s sons and daughters have been over seas in Iraq or other foreign ports and are now back. It is a hard life for all. Fortunately non of my friends have lost thier children, but they are prepared. So Thank you America for Caring and giving us your best..
This weeks guest is Shirley Dobbins from America’s Harvest. The foundation of the week is the 4H Council of America . There is of course a Recipe this week. Our advertisers this week are: Elizabeth DeArmond, Belly Buster Diet, The Breast Cancer Site.

Well the kids are home and so is dad. Such a differnece from the old country and the old ways, ie Texas. It has been two weeks since I went to the hospital and I am dilegently trying to get back up and running. This weeks show features Rose Dempsey who is with Avon. I had no idea how much Avon had changed since my Mother was an Avon Lady back in the ’60’s.
Passion is such a wonderful word and it can really make a difference in how you approach your life and your business. I recently joined a group that I have a link to on the first page that helps you find prosperity. The training is wonderful and the leader of the group is Kim H. Emerson who was guest early in the year. If you would like more information on making ‘08 a better year, this is a great place to start. While examining my passion, I have found that I enjoy my Talk show obviously, but I also have a desire to write. So to make a long story short, I am going to be working on an ebook for parents facing the hospital with their children. This is a topic close to my heart and I hope I can help other parents survive the experience.
Oh well, now on to more work and my needing to find 10 customers for the month of February for my Belly Buster Business. To date, I have lost 30 lbs and my husband Thierry has lost 22 lbs on this program, so I do believe in it and find that it is very easy to do. If you know anyone who needs to lose weight or wants to lose weight, have them contact me. Take care and I’ll talk to all of you tomorrow.

Wow, what a day! Today, my boys are 8 years old. On this day in 2000, I was in Dallas, Texas in Big Baylor and having triplets… They were the only triplets in the hospital at the time. The boys weighted 2lbs 13 oz, 3 lbs 1oz and 3lbs 12 oz. They spent a whole 28 days in the NICU. We were so lucky in so many ways. However, they boys also had their own surprizes. Triplets B & C were identical which I knew, but they were also born with Down’s Syndrome. Imagine, the specialness of these two. Not only to be identical and boys, but to have Down’s. They were so small, and I didn’t even get to hold baby C for a number of days. He was the size of a Barbie doll.
Through the years, the boys have done many crazy things and we have a number of wonderful Doctors and Specialists to thank for them even being alive. First to Dr. Whitfield at Baylor, thank you for being the best in your field of NeoNatology. Next thank you to Dr. Demeris Wright for being the best Cardiologist the boys or I could have wished for. Next on the list is Dr. Gazetta, who at the time was chief of staff at Dallas Children’s for the surgeries you did on all three of my boys. To Dr. Andy Gelfand, ok God, you pulled it off!! The boys not only survived crappy lungs, but being trached and vented and we learned to trust each other, Thank you. To Dr. Mike Biavati, thanks for being the best ENT in the State of Texas and for sending us to even better ENT’s in Cincinati if thats possible for Alex’s surgeries. To Dr. Nikido for your work on Paul’s Total AV Canal with Valves and coming in after surgery talking about the piece you through away. To Dr. Zeller’s thank you for not giving up on Alex’s ASD and finding a way to make the implant possible. To all the other specialist in ICU, the ER and all the departments that have helped us and cared through the years, THANK YOU!!!
The meaning of Valentines is to show how you care about those who are special in their life. To the Doctor’s you helped me keep my special little men thank you.
To my Family and Children, Thank you for caring and understanding that most of the last 7 years has been spent in keeping them alive. My love and gratitude to Stephanie for being so wonderful and helpful, to Emily for caring and growing up way to soon to make your brothers special in all ways and to Barry, thank you for giving up your dreams of the perfect little brothers and loving them just the same and showing them how to be tough… I love you all

Well tomorrow we start a New Year and a new way of life. This week on the show, I have Kim Emerson on who will help us get our minds ready for the new year… We also have grocery tips and a recipe that is from Elizabeth DeArmond who is with Homemade Gourmet. The recipe is excellent. The Foundation this week is Greenpeace. I had no idea they had been around since 1971! How time flies…
Housekeeping: Jockey is having a signup special for the month of January!!! $99.00 instead of the regular $199… You get lots of clothes with this program and it is Jockey. Operation Comfey Pillow is still going on as well with Jockey. The cost is $22.00 and that includes shipping and handling. The goal is 1000 pillows… Tupperware is getting much better since their fire. They are a tough company and will make it. I spoke with Nicole Pereira the other day and she is still taking collections of both money and scrapbook items for her 400 collection… you can find out more information at ItchintoScrap…
