Well today was the big day. I went to the doctor and had the last of the stiches removed and I now have permission to drive and exercise. I don’t have to go back to the doctor for 3 months!! I am so excited and to make it even better, I am down 31 pounds since I last saw the doctor!!
So I’m going to be fine. Now I have to concentrate on my business. I have 4 consultants which was the goal through then end of Febraury. Now I have to focus on getting 10 new clients by the end of the month. So how does one go about getting new clients? I think for now I will be advertising on the web and as I continue to lose weight with the plan I will be more confident about it all. My husband has even gotten on the wagon and is now 22 lbs lighter in the last 3 weeks. I’m so proud of him. There are just so many plans out there and so many try to copy each other. I went to an online party tonight and the topic was food and it was a plan similar to one I had previously heard about. Not sure what makes this one better, but according to the hostess it is… There are only a few companies I’ve found so far that are unique… If anyone wants to be on a show in the future, let me know. I am booked through the middle of April, but would love to get more done….
Just as an FYI, I am in the process of writing an e-book based on my years at Dallas Children’s Hospital. I will let you all know when it is ready to go…. Well, time to check on the boys, they have the week off from school, so back to Mom duty

I want to thank all of you who have found us since the move to our .com, it has been very interesing to say the least. I am going to be posting the old shows a week behind on the old site, but am hoping that folks find us here…
I am also hoping to do some more advertising and we now have a production company to help with our editing and commercials… so let me know what you think…
As to the weight loss, I bought a size down yesterday… slow but sure… The next few weeks will be interesting as well. I am seriously looking at a Saturday show that is all about Weight Loss and success… Again I would love some feedback on this….

Today I got a call from my daughter who just felt terrible. Poor thing is all the way in Texas and I’m up here in Maine. So the question is how do I get to her or her to me… Just can’t!! She has a boyfriend to help take care of her and to be truthful, neither of us can really afford to go the 2000 miles… so now I get to listen to her on the phone as I try to be mom…
Then there was the text message from my son, who just recently blew out the engine of his 2nds truck. The first one wasn’t cool enough and a friend wrecked it while trying to move. My solution is to sell the old truck and buy a new motor from the junk yard… Then get a job at any place, that will hire him. Someplace like McDonald’s, Sonic or Taco Bell. I was informed they don’t pay enough. All I was thinking was low gas costs and reasonable sleep at night. How the world has changed. What it boils down to is he wants $1,500 for a new motor from an auto shop.. Sorry it isn’t happening. Then part 2 of the story is he has found an ‘08 truck he can buy new for $250 a month. With what down and with what job to back it up… sorry it isn’t happening either.
Finally, one of my triplets bit a little girl at school today. No one knows why including him… He has Down’s Syndrome and sees the world in a much different light. So we will now go to school for a meeting to determine how to give him services, while protecting the other children… I don’t see this going well, but maybe I will be surprised.
FYI: I am thinking very seriously about doing a weekend show on weightloss, if anyone would like to participate, let me know… thanks

It was such a fun and exciting day. It hit 58 here in Maine, but the snow is still on the ground… My daughter is in from Texas with her boyfriend and then went sledding at the local park. So hard to believe they got to enjoy the best of both worlds. Unfortunately, they have to go back home tomorrow. School starts at Texas A&M and Blinn on Monday the 14th.. I hope they get to come back soon!!!! Speaking of Texas, Homemade Gourmet calls Texas home TOO!! and Elizabeth DeArmond is our guest this week. She really makes the company come alive. If you want something quick and easy, you really need to check her site out and order. The company even carries COFFEE now… Which Thierry just loves…
Housekeeping: Jockey is a great deal if you are looking for a new business. The current cost to become involved is $99 and it includes over $650 in clothes and they are so comfortable as well as business supplies….Operation Comfey Pillow is also on and the cost is $22 and that includes all taxes and shipping… Belly Buster Diet is really starting to go strong these days. The program is really wonderful and it is the First Party Plan for Weight Loss. The cost for a year is $130 and the program uses Real Food.. The company also has a Body Wrap that can help you lose 7-20 inches… Can you imagine
