Pampered Chef is with us this week!

Hello from Maine.  We still have snow on the ground and I have discovered some really cool recipes using the fresh fallen snow… I feel just like a movie..White Christmas… I must admit I did watch it last night….

Today is the beginning of a new week here at Work At Home Family Talk Radio and I’d like to take a few moments to let you know who is going to be on this weeks show and then give you some updates as well.  Today, we are welcoming Stephanie Kagiwada with Pampered Chef.  Stephanie is going to talk with us about some great things you can do with Pampered Chef for the holidays as well as the business opportunity they offer.  We will also be looking at Child Seek Network.  They are a great foundation that helps families when a child is lost or missing.

Housekeeping:  I got a note from Nicole Pereira yesterday and she has an auction going on right now to help raise funds to make those 400 scrap book kits a reality for the San Diego Area.  Nicole’s auction can be found at www.itchintoscrap.com.  As a last piece of business:  Congratalations to Cynthia Medrano of Americus, Ga for winning our first drawing.  Cynthia will be receiving a package of Maine Maple Candies from us here at WAHF Talk Radio.

December 3rd Show

Published by admin under Charities, cooking, food

Good morning.  We woke up to a foot for snow this morning.  It is so white and clean looking.  I just can’t believe that we are now in Maine and get to experience this.  It is a ski kind of snow, nice and dry and crunchy.  Oh well, I’m sure the excitement will wear off the longer we are here.

Today is Monday so today there is a new interview and charity to profile as well as a new recipe and grocery ideas.

On this weeks show I got to talk with Nicole Pereira of Itchin to Scrap .  Nicole talks with me about Christmas Ideas and about a special Charity she is doing for a group in San Diego, Ca.  I also looked into the Foundation of the week, which is Breast Cancer Fund.  This is a wonderful organization that looks into finding the causes for cancer and ending them.  The recipe this week comes from Betty Lynch of My Country Kitchen. I hope you enjoy the program this week.  If you have any comments or suggestions, please let me know all you have to do is click on Comment above to get in touch with  me.  Have a Great Day and stay Warm.
